Open to organizations operating in the for profit or not for profit sector, this award will go to the outstanding organization with at least half of all profits to a social or environmental cause and can demonstrate the following:
- Sustainable growth and financial performance
- Innovation and creativity
- Impact and improvement
- Customer and community engagement
- Leadership and management
- An ethical business model
- Staff engagement and development

- Please share your organizational values, how they have been defined and applied, and how they align within a social enterprise business structure?
2) Sustainable Growth and Financial Performance:
- Please provide an explanation of how your organization defines growth in both the short and long term (i.e. revenue/profit/surplus, staff, membership, impact, expansion, etc.).
- Describe a key milestone achieved over the last 18 months, and any barriers or obstacles that were overcome to achieve success.
- Please provide an outline of plans in place to sustain your ongoing financial success and what you believe will drive further improvement.

- Please describe and provide evidence of significant innovation by your organization either within your field/industry or in how you approach your mission and impact goals.

- What metrics does your organization use to measure impact?
- Please briefly describe using specific examples or data the impact you have had over the last year. Please describe how that has changed from your impact in previous years and your plans to improve or increase impact over the next year.
